HOW CUSTOMIZATION WORKS:
- After your order is placed, Twisted Squids Designs will contact you to finalize your custom order.
- We’ll go over your drinkware choice, colors, wording, personalization, design ideas, and any photos or artwork needed.
- A design proof will be provided before production begins.
- Production will begin only after you have approved your final design.
Custom Order Terms
1. Custom work is non-refundable once production has started.
2. The customer is responsible for reviewing and approving all spelling, sizing, layout, and design details before production begins.
3. Final product colors, finishes, and material appearance may vary slightly due to material type, production methods, and supplier availability.
4. Order will be delivered, shipped, or made available for pickup upon completion of approved work.
5. Payment is due according to agreed business payment terms.
6. Any changes requested after approval may result in additional charges and may affect the completion timeline.
7. Twisted Squids Designs LLC is not responsible for delays caused by customer approval, change requests, shipping carriers, or supplier delays beyond our control.
9. All goods remain the property of Twisted Squids Designs LLC until paid in full.
